Car Hire Seattle

Arriving in Seattle through the Seattle-Tacoma Airport is generally convenient as this facility is complete with the most modern amenities  for airline passengers. Traveling on to the beautiful surrounding destinations by land may need the service of a car hire, however.

Unless you destination is just to a hotel within the airport vicinity, using a car hire may be the best solution when traveling to downtown Seattle or Tacoma.  While there are taxis and public transportation available, they will not combine both convenience and cost-effectiveness. It is best to contact a car hire or rental company even before landing in Seattle.

Seattle

The Seattle-Tacoma Airport, or Sea-Tac Airport, is aptly named so because this facility serves the population of the cities of Seattle and Tacoma.  From downtown Seattle, one can commute to the airport in about 20 minutes to half an hour.  For those arriving at the airport from domestic flights, they will go to the North Terminal upon disembarking. Passengers from all international flights will go to the South Terminal for customs and immigration procedures.

The airport has plenty of facilities for shopping, dining, and relaxing.  There are books stores and newspaper stand such as Hudson News and Border Books.  For shopping, guests and passengers can try the ExOficio, Life is Good, Bose and Club Jet Duty Free.  There are a good selection of restaurants for casual and full-service dining.  Coffee shops also dot the terminals.  For travelers who want to check in at the nearest hotel, the Radisson is just by the airport’s gateway.
