Kos is the 3rd largest Dodecanese Island in the Aegean Sea. In Kos Town, you can see the Castle of St John and Hippocrate’s Temple and the plane tree, where once he taught. Take a stroll around the harbour and visit the Neratzia Castle and ancient Agora. Kardemena is a popular beach resort but there are also excavations of an ancient temple and theatre.
