Kruger National Park is a famous nature reserve where you can see wild animals in their own habitat among bush, valleys and mountains. Look out for the ‘big five’ on safari (don’t forget to take your camera!) and enjoy the flora and fauna. Hidden away in the park are also archaeological sites and bushman rock paintings. You can explore all this by self drive with your car hire Kruger or take a guided tour with a park ranger. Take a 3 night wilderness trail or the Mopani sunset drive. You can also take a night time game drive and enjoy a bush braai.
Kruger Airport Directions
If you are leaving Kruger National Park from the Numbi Gate via the R538, it is a 43 km drive to the airport with your car hire Kruger Airport. If you leave from the Malelane Gate, it is 64 km.

Kruger Airport Flight Information
Flights into Kruger Airport are operated by Airlink and Com Air and mostly from Johannesburg and Durban. There are limited flights from Cape Town. Visitors from outside of Africa will fly via Johannesburg-Tambo Airport.
