Port Elizabeth Airport Guide
Port Elizabeth Airport is big and getting bigger. Over 1.75m passengers use it each year and it’s beginning to bulge at the seams. The current layout of the airport gives separate arrivals and departure areas linked by the retail and food areas. This area is designed as an atrium giving the whole airport a light and airy feel. There are plenty of shops there and a good choice of places to eat. Despite the overcrowding, transit is efficient, thanks to new procedures put in place for the 2010 World Cup.
