La Coruna Airport Guide
Begin by exploring the Cidade Vella or old city. There, amongst the medieval buildings, you’ll find the St Anton Castle which has one of the better city museums within its walls. Several other museums dot the neighbourhood with the best of the rest being the Colexiata de Santa Maria which houses lots of interesting religious art within the building. A Coruna’s beaches are nice for a relaxing day out but you may be in for a shock if you dip your toe into the sea, don’t forget this is the Atlantic!
La Coruna Airport Directions
A Coruna Airport is found seven kilometres south of the city and it’s easy to reach by hire car. Just take the E1 north and join the N550 and you’ll be there in under fifteen minutes.

Over 1,100 spaces await you at A Coruna Airport. You also don’t have to walk far to get to them with the airport promising it won’t be more than two minutes to your car from the terminal.
La Coruna Airport Flight InformationDespite being mainly a small domestic airport, the airline Vueling has daily flights to London Heathrow making it easy for Britons to enjoy La Coruna’s delights. The majority of flights ply the Madrid route.
Hotels Near La Coruna Airport
La Coruna has a monopoly on wonderful hotels so you’ll be spoiled for choice if you have the money. Top of the tree is the Hesperia Finisterre but still at a reasonable 85 euros a night. Lower down the price scale is the Hotel Riazor, still very nice but at less than half the price.
