Llanes Guide
If you’re visiting Llanes then for much of the year you can expect a quiet relaxing stay. Come though during the fiestas and the whole atmosphere of the town changes from a sleepy fishing village to a riotous celebration. The main fiestas start at the end of July and continue until September making summer a great time to visit. Outside of the fiesta time, the mountains are a great attraction and being made of limestone, they contain several big and anthropologically important caves, especially those at Cueva Bolado.
