Valladolid Airport Guide
The main attraction of Valladolid is the house of Spain’s most important writer; Miguel de Cervantes, who wrote Don Quixote. All who visit, find it a fascinating insight into the man and his work. The Museo des Esculturas is another absorbing place to see. The museum is dedicated to polychrome wooden statues, a speciality of Valladolid, and you’ll see many which are brought out each year for the religious festivals. If you just want a beautiful place to walk, try the area around the San Martin Church where you’ll find some of the oldest streets and buildings of the city.

Hotels Near Valladolid Airport
There are some fabulous hotels in Valladolid and they all seem to be such good value for money. We particularly like the Zenit Imperial which is housed in a former palace in the city and has retained its traditional atmosphere. Surprisingly it costs only 45 euros a night in peak season. Cheaper still and with luxury added is the Foxa Valladolid on the outskirts of the city and is under 40 euros a night; great when you consider it has an indoor pool.
