Charleston Airport Guide
Charleston is brimming with history and through luck and fate, many of its very early buildings from colonial days have survived. The historic quarter is found between the Ashley and Cooper Rivers and with one of the earliest preservation orders made in the US, it has some amazing buildings from throughout its history. There’s Fort Sumter where the Civil War began, the Battery and White Point Gardens where you’ll find the ruins of the English fort and the Charleston Museum which you need to visit to bring all the history together.
