Kansas City Airport Guide
Kansas City has plenty to do whilst your there. Begin at the Rosedale Arch, the memorial to the soldiers of the Great War built as a replica of the Arc de Triomphe which can be found at the top of Memorial Drive. From there take a trip into the city and especially the older part of town where you’ll find a number of buildings on the National Register of Historic Buildings including the Braecklein Victorian Home which is preserved in its original form. For younger visitors to the city there’s the Schlitterbahn Water Park which offers a wide range of exciting rides in the warmth of summer.

The journey into Kansas City from the airport is a little circuitous as you’ll need to exit the airport via the airport road onto route 29 and then join route 169 south into the northern quarter of the city.
