Laredo Airport Guide
Laredo’s main attraction for tourists is the crossing point into Mexico to buy cheap gifts including Mexican silver and handicrafts. Shopping is great on both sides of the border however with regular markets crossing from Mexico to capture the US dollar in the pockets of tourists. Elsewhere in Laredo, the proximity of Mexico gives the city a real ‘south of the border’ feel and the music, food and dance match the fiesta and siesta mood. Rather surprisingly for this arid part of the world, the desert nearby teems with birdlife attracting thousands of twitchers each year.

Laredo Airport Flight InformationLaredo International Airport is very small despite being designated as an international airport.
