Monterey Airport Guide
Everyone who visits Monterey has to spend some time down at the Fisherman’s Wharf. Now very touristy and with lots of entertainment attractions including some excellent fish restaurants, you’ll still get an inkling for the history of the place, especially looking at the street names such as Cannery Row. The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a great place to visit for the innovative way the fish are displayed, swimming around you as you walk through. Finally, take a walk through old Monterey to see the remaining colonial buildings and hear Spanish still being spoken, generations after Monterey became American.
